The session
Choose a time that suits you. You bring what is alive for you now · there is nothing to prepare.
I specialise in systemic family constellations for people committed to medium- to long-term personal development. I thrive working with clients who are ready to delve into their own life stories and keep a steady pace of growth rather than seeking quick solutions. Within that frame I often guide people to explore early-life and family-system patterns that underlie current challenges. I support clients in cultivating personal responsibility and agency, and I emphasise embodied experiences, so that shifts are felt as well as understood and insights translate into lasting change.
I am an engaging and empathic systemic family constellation facilitator, and I bring both warmth and assertive guidance to my work. I bring a combination of playful energy, wisdom and a caring presence, which makes me a steadfast ally when clients face challenges. My hopeful optimism lights the path to a better future. I work in Spanish or English; this page is written in English, but the session itself runs entirely in whichever language is easier for you.
In session
As a facilitator, I lead people through medium- to long-term journeys of personal growth, blending somatic methods with systemic constellations. My approach uses bodily awareness to help clients work through strong emotions, so they both experience and understand their progress.
My attentive presence and genuine curiosity empower clients to face deep patterns with confidence. I guide each step of change with ease.
Working together
My working style combines genuine attentiveness with clear, compassionate direction. I welcome each session with warmth and straightforward feedback, so that clients feel safe to explore difficult emotions. With a keen intuition, I quickly identify the core of an issue and cut straight to what matters most.
In the session itself, I listen for subtle shifts in energy and respond with practical guidance. I weave somatic methods into my practice, using breath, movement, and visualisations in the mind's eye, to link thoughts with their bodily sensations. This approach helps clients embody their insights and transform understanding into real, lasting change.

A personal note
Born in Nicaragua and partly raised in Cuba, my journey took me from a high-pressure career in the airline industry to a life-changing period in Kenya. I now make my home in Brussels, and I bring a vibrant, caring and grounding presence to my practice.
Outside of facilitation, I spend my free time reading and deepening my yoga practice. I also love sharing laughter and walks with my beloved dogs, Jazz and Charlotte.

Scope and safety
Sessions support change in how you live, relate and decide. They sit alongside medical and psychological care, and they do not replace it.
If you are in crisis right now, or you are having thoughts of harming yourself, please turn first to your doctor, to a crisis line where you live, or to the emergency services. If you are being treated for a psychiatric condition, or you have questions about medication, that care belongs with your prescriber, and our sessions can run alongside it.
If you are unsure where to start, ask us. We will tell you honestly whether this is the right support for you now.
