The practitioners

Five practitioners, a shared foundation

We share a systemic, client-centred and trauma-informed way of working, with a common foundation in family constellations. What differs is the person you meet: different education, cultures, professional backgrounds and ways of seeing a situation.

What we share

A common way of working

We do not all come from the same professional background, and we do not all see people and systems in exactly the same way. What we share is a systemic perspective, a client-centred stance, trauma-informed pacing and a common foundation in family constellations.

We use the same core constellation techniques, work within the same practice and stay connected through supervision. Cecilia is the clinical lead and supervises the team. The differences in education, culture and experience are part of what each practitioner brings, not something the shared foundation removes.

Different perspectives

What each practitioner brings

The shared foundation does not make five identical practitioners. Education, culture, professional experience and temperament all shape what each person notices and how they meet a question.

These are orientations, not boxes. We work across many of the same questions and can switch practitioners when that makes sense. The individual pages give you the fuller picture of each person.

Meet the practitioners

Start with the person whose background, language or way of working speaks to you. You can read each profile before deciding.

Simon is currently bookable directly. Cecilia, Xilo and Mina are available by enquiry, and Anca is on maternity leave.

You do not need to know exactly who is right for you before you begin. Each profile explains the practitioner’s background, approach and languages, as well as how to start with them.

You can also compare different sessions first, and choose a practitioner from there.
