I support clients from all walks of life and across generations. I am especially drawn to themes of identity, career transitions, financial dynamics, multicultural belonging, family legacies, and emotional resilience. I also work with professionals exploring patterns in leadership, communication, team dynamics, or inner blocks affecting their work.
I am a systemic and family constellation facilitator, known for calm focus, a grounded presence, and the capacity to hold space with clarity and warmth. Drawing on deep systemic insight and the ancestral wisdom of tribal cultures, I support my clients in connecting with what is essential. My approach is respectful, embodied and intuitive, so that people feel safe, seen and supported.
Mina Kanashiro
With a professional background in corporate and humanitarian leadership, I bring maturity, openness and intercultural sensitivity to this work. Leading international teams across cultures gave my presence a wide perspective and a practical orientation.
Through constellation work I help individuals and professionals gain systemic clarity, release entanglements, and reconnect with their strength and inner direction.

Working together
My style is spacious, attuned and structured. I listen with care and precision, gently guiding clients through complex personal or professional matters. My calm presence invites depth and openness without pressure.
Clients often appreciate my ability to bring order to scattered thoughts. I work with an appreciation for cultural diversity and individual uniqueness, adapting my language and methods to meet each client exactly where they are.
Making space for new insights and emotions to emerge naturally.
Fluent in Portuguese, English, French and Spanish, I create a safe, attuned space, whether in Brussels or online, where embodied techniques, empathic listening and ancestral wisdom converge to foster genuine clarity, sustainable growth, and a renewed sense of belonging.
Background
I hold a bachelor's degree in International Relations from UNESA and a master's in Business Management from Ibmec, both in Brazil, and I studied Accounting Sciences for two years at UFRJ.
My professional development has included training in collaborative leadership, mentoring and project management in Belgium. Before this work I spent years in corporate and humanitarian leadership, leading international teams across very different cultures, and that is where I learned how much of what shapes a person sits in the systems around them.
I trained in systemic and family constellations at EISEC in Belgium, developing my facilitation through a practice-based, experiential curriculum.
About Mina
I was born in Brazil and grew up within a Japanese cultural context. My life and work have taken me across Kenya, Ukraine, Mozambique, South Sudan, Malaysia, and multiple regions of Brazil. I currently live in Belgium. Outside my professional life, I enjoy spending time in nature, exploring wellness practices, and cultivating a mindful, healthy lifestyle.
Working with Mina felt natural and comforting from the start. She helped me see and understand family patterns I'd never noticed before, especially around who I am and where I belong. Her gentle questions and simple exercises gave me clear steps to feel stronger and more confident every day. Since our sessions, I've noticed I communicate better with my partner and family. Mina's kindness and practical guidance have truly changed the way I live and relate to others.

Scope and safety
Sessions support change in how you live, relate and decide. They sit alongside medical and psychological care, and they do not replace it.
If you are in crisis right now, or you are having thoughts of harming yourself, please turn first to your doctor, to a crisis line where you live, or to the emergency services. If you are being treated for a psychiatric condition, or you have questions about medication, that care belongs with your prescriber, and our sessions can run alongside it.
If you are unsure where to start, ask us. We will tell you honestly whether this is the right support for you now.
