A family-constellations workshop circle in the Brussels room

In person, in Brussels

The training is online. The in-person work is in Brussels.

There is one training, and it runs live online every week, so you can take it from wherever you are. Brussels is where the in-person work happens: weekend workshops here in the city, where you stand in the family constellations with the group in the room. They are included in your training fee.

What a room teaches you

The teaching happens live online, week after week. What Brussels adds is time together in the room, where you are physically part of the constellations as they unfold.

If you cannot get to Brussels

Our online workshops sit beside the training in the same way the Brussels weekends do, so you take part in live constellations from wherever you are. And there, looking back at the constellation afterwards is always part of the day.

You are in the work

You take part in the workshop like everyone else, standing in roles and noticing what becomes apparent from the position you occupy. You are not there as a student observing from the side. Two full days of live systemic work each time you come.

Reading a live system

A constellation gives you more to follow than words. Distance, orientation, movement, hesitation and changes in the group all become part of what you are reading. Being physically in the room develops your sensitivity to those signals and to how they change as the constellation moves.

Looking back at the constellation

Where the format allows it, we look back at the constellation afterwards: what changed, what the facilitator noticed, which hypotheses they were following, and why they chose one intervention rather than another. An experience you have just been part of becomes material you can learn from as a facilitator.

Included, with priority access

The Brussels weekend workshops are covered by your training fee, and they are the same public workshops we run for everyone. Places are limited, so students receive the booking link directly before booking opens on the website.

Your own constellation is booked separately

Taking part in other people's constellations is included in your training fee. If you want to bring your own issue and have a constellation, you book and pay for that separately.

Upcoming dates, times and the focus of each weekend are on the Brussels workshops page.

The annual intensive

Once a year we also run A Systemic Approach to Trauma in Brussels: four days exploring how trauma moves through relational and family systems and what that asks of the practitioner. The intensive is a separate public event rather than part of the training, but students have part of the fee waived.
