I am a systemic and family constellations facilitator, known for creating a warm, safe space for self-exploration and clarity. I am passionate about uncovering unconscious dynamics, and I bring deep insight together with a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, to help you turn challenges into strengths.
In session
I have extensive training in systemic and family constellations, both as a facilitator and as a trainer. My background in pharmacy and chemistry enriches that work, giving me a grounded understanding of human physiology and a methodical approach to problem solving.
I offer systemic and family constellations sessions and workshops, which open up personal and relational dynamics. My aim is that you gain clarity, navigate complex challenges, and reach meaningful personal growth in a safe and supportive environment.
Working together
I ensure a warm atmosphere, so you can explore your inner dynamics at your own pace and your own comfort level.
A deeply comfortable and safe environment, where you can truly open up.
I combine the precise, methodical thinking my scientific background gave me with a real presence in the session. I stay with the constellation process itself, working closely with your feedback, and that is what guides us toward clarity and a meaningful next step.

About Anca
I was born in Romania. My career brought me to France, to Italy, and later to Belgium, where I live now with my partner, my stepson and our two cats. When I am not teaching, working or studying, I relax through pilates and pottery.
I've been working with Anca on different topics and I love our sessions. She gets me to reach the root cause of my problems and makes me understand where it all comes from, in the same time guiding me gently to release whatever is blocking me. I found the sessions miraculous in the sense that I see the results extremely fast, in the same day or following days after our session.

Scope and safety
Sessions support change in how you live, relate and decide. They sit alongside medical and psychological care, and they do not replace it.
If you are in crisis right now, or you are having thoughts of harming yourself, please turn first to your doctor, to a crisis line where you live, or to the emergency services. If you are being treated for a psychiatric condition, or you have questions about medication, that care belongs with your prescriber, and our sessions can run alongside it.
If you are unsure where to start, ask us. We will tell you honestly whether this is the right support for you now.
