How the practice works online

Working online, in practice

This is the practical side of working online: what you need, and what to expect before a session starts, whether you come for family constellations, therapy or listening therapy.

What you need

Nothing beyond a browser

Working online here has never meant learning new software.

A Google Meet link, sent ahead

Just a browser, nothing to install

Headphones, optional

A quiet hour where you won’t be interrupted

Before a session

Setting up your space

The link is the easy part. What makes an online session work is the room you sit in: five small things, none of them technical.

Whichever service

The same online setting, three ways of using it

Therapy, constellations and listening therapy all run online the same practical way. What differs is what happens in the session, not the setting.

Not new to this

The practice has run sessions online since 2010, long before it became the ordinary way to meet. Across the team, work happens in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, French and Romanian, timed to whichever time zone you are in.
