Systemic consultancy for organisations

See how your organisation actually works, before you decide what to change

Organisational and systemic constellations, applied to the questions a business cannot talk its way out of. A structured way to read where the loyalty sits, what the structure is protecting, and which old decision is still being paid for. The same method used to read a family system, led by the practitioner who trains the field's facilitators.

What this is

A constellation makes a system visible. Instead of arguing about a problem, you place its parts in a room and watch how they stand in relation to each other, and the hidden order surfaces: who is being left out, where an old decision is still being paid for, which loyalty is quietly overriding the strategy. It is well established in organisational work, and here it is led by Simon Maebe, who teaches the method at EISEC. The diagnosis comes from the person who built the curriculum.

This is a structured way of reading a system that has stopped responding to the usual levers. Offered in English, in person in Brussels or online.

Where it earns its keep

When a constellation is worth setting up

When the problem is structural rather than personal, and when the explanations on the table no longer fit what is actually happening.

How it works

Every engagement starts with a conversation

There is no fixed package. Some questions are answered in a single session; some need a longer arrangement with supervision built in. What the arrangement looks like, who is in the room, and what it costs are settled once the question is clear.

Pricing is on enquiry. The first step is to tell us what you are trying to see.

If the question is about a leader rather than the system around them, that is executive and team coaching, and it has its own home. Cecilia Altieri and Simon Maebe run that through Coaching Executives Europe, in Brussels and across Europe.
