Family constellations
Salto
At the Biblioteca Municipal de Salto there was an open talk and a family constellations workshop, facilitated by Cecilia Altieri. Today Cecilia works from Brussels, and from Salto you join by video, in Spanish.
At the Biblioteca Municipal de Salto, on the corner of Artigas and 25 de Agosto, Cecilia Altieri facilitated an open informative talk and a family constellations workshop.
Between Salto and Brussels there is now a screen.
Individual sessions happen live by video, in Spanish, and from Salto they arrive just as they would from anywhere else. Distance no longer decides who takes part. A workshop in the city could happen again if someone here organises it.
The method
What family constellations are
A way of looking at a difficulty in the wider system it belongs to.
Instead of only talking about what is happening, you give the important people or elements a place in relation to one another, so the pattern becomes something you can see and work with.
What surfaces is usually something you already knew without being able to name it. That is what a constellation does: not explaining it, but giving it a place.
