Family constellations

Montevideo

In Montevideo there were a few days of individual family constellations sessions, with Cecilia Altieri. Today those sessions run online, in Spanish, and a few days here could open again.

Cecilia Altieri lives and works in Brussels, and every so often she travels. When she does, she opens a few consecutive days of individual sessions in the city she visits, and Montevideo was one of them.

Today she facilitates from Brussels, and the next trip is organised by someone from Montevideo.

In the meantime, there is no need to wait for a trip to be organised: individual sessions carry on online, in Spanish.

The method

What family constellations are

A way of looking at a difficulty in the wider system it belongs to.

Instead of only talking about what is happening, you give the important people or elements a place in relation to one another, so the pattern becomes something you can see and work with.

What surfaces is usually something you already knew without being able to name it. That is what a constellation does: not explaining it, but giving it a place.

Today

Sessions online

An individual family constellations session runs live by video, in Spanish, from wherever you are. A quiet place and a connection are enough.

Organise

Back to Montevideo

A few days of sessions in Montevideo, or a workshop, start with someone from the city: a space to see people in, a group that already meets, or a list of people who would come. If that sounds possible, write to us and we will look at it together. Tell us where you are writing from and what you have to work with.
